Director of Growth

Full-time | Little Falls, Minnesota

Create a Legacy is looking for a full-time Director of Growth to run and grow the NADCO wholesale business under the Create a Legacy logo. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven, growth-minded person who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, leading a team, and taking ownership of business results. NADCO and Traditium serve an important purpose in helping families, funeral homes, and memorial businesses create a lasting legacy for loved ones. The position is based in the Little Falls, MN area and will include travel throughout our seven-state wholesale territory, including travel across the US for trade shows and conventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, operations, general management, or leading a small to mid-sized business. Experience in the monument, funeral, cemetery, cremation, stone, manufacturing, distribution, or durable goods industries is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, competitive, organized, and ready to help build a growing wholesale company.
